Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas as a test for our family. Great sized house with everything you need for a stay with a group (including heaps of plates and cutlery- always a problem when there is more than 4 people).
The pool is fantastic; located just off the outdoor area. This was great at Christmas when some little people came to visit- they could swim supervised.
Fully fenced, our fur baby had a great time as well.
The only negative was the weather was a bit iffy but that cannot be controlled. Some bitey things also got us on the last day so beware the bities.
Close enough to be beach but quiet and away from the crazy crowds.

Found the staff at Stayz excellent to deal with and prompt with return emails they were very helpful.We found the place to be clean, tidy a little more isolated than we thought but still a lovely weekend had by all. The local hotel which we went to get coffees on the morning we left where terrible very rude and we left without having the coffees so that was disappointing.

Beautiful views of pool and canal, 10 minute walk into town which suited us and could fish morning and night off pontoon. House a bit musty and could do wit a freshen up but overall had a fantastic stay. Great pool also
