Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all five bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, outdoor entertaining areas, private swimming pool and off street parking. The double garage is not available to guests.

Check-in is self-service, with access instructions provided prior to arrival.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for making the most of the Sunshine Coast. Please note that the property's double garage is not available to guests, as it is used for private storage and to securely store the owner's vehicle. Off street parking is available outside the garage.

Wurtulla Beach and surrounding coastal areas are easily accessible from the home, while Bokarina, Currimundi, Kawana and Caloundra are all within convenient driving distance.

The property also provides easy access to the main coastal road network for exploring further north and south along the Sunshine Coast.

This property is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood and is best suited to families and respectful groups.

Please be considerate of our neighbours, particularly during the evening, and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level.

The swimming pool is not supervised and children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
