Very nice property but should have a dehumidifier in bedrooms downstairs and in garage.. smelled moldy. Family friendly and beautiful bathroom suite.

All of us are from Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida. There were 17 of us including a baby. The cool temperatures were so refreshing, even on the hottest day. The house was perfect for our large group, nicely decorated, and well equipped, Besides the large house, we enjoyed the spacious back yard, and the barbecue equipment. The brick pizza oven was a real hit, The men of our family made individual pizzas for everyone, and enjoyed using the pizza oven. We loved the closeness to the beach, bike riding, exploring the Falmouth area, traveling to Martha's Vineyard and also Provincetown. It was a wonderful week and we hated to leave. The property manager was very prompt when we asked for help with a broken commode handle, and air conditioning problems. One recommendation that we have is that those staying in the basement area have no place to store their clothes. Chest of drawers, wardrobes, or cupboards would help tremendously. Also, it would have been nice to have the flower pots around the front and back of the house maintained with some pretty flowers, instead of dead plants. All and all, it was a wonderful week.

Terry from the management team was amazing. Any clarification or problem we had was immediately solved. The house absorbed our very large family with comfort. The kitchen was very well equipped and the linens, including beach towels, were wonderful. The outdoor cooking was simply an experience. We just ran out of time to try the wood fired pizza oven. A fully stocked recreational store of outside games, volleyball net, bikes , beach toys and wagons were amazing and saved us lugging stuff from home. This house is worth a return visit. It is centrally located and we hit different beaches e very day. Wish we were Mass residents and could have gotten a state beach pass but we went to both the Bayside and the ocean on different days. We had the extra addition of cicadas but they were not at the house or the beaches, for the most part. Listening to them was cool. All in all, this house was one of the best we have rented and very well appointed for a large family of different ages. Add that the beds were comfortable and we were very happy. Thanks Terry for you efficient and very helpful work.

Underwhemimg. Several basic amenities like propane were not available. Although it was addressed eventually by the PM, it was inconvenient for several days. The AC went out mid week and needed a house call by the AC company. The garage doors did not work, dishwasher did not always drain. However, it provided plenty of room for our large family and the master suite was a plus! The outdoor space and cooking area were enjoyed by all. This is a nice property that needs more attention to detail by its property managers.
