Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet room. Great hotel with a wonderful and helpful staff.

Good value, nice location, easy access to town close to the night Market room was clean, nice the breakfast was good we didn't had a chance to use the Pool

I had a booking confirmation confirming late checkout which the staff denied. It wasn’t worth the time to argue about as ultimately we checked out on time. When it came to check out, I was charged in KIP - at a terrible exchange rate, that the hotel said they always charge (1USD to 23k KIP). I would be okay with being charged in KIP if that was the price quoted when booking (the price at booking is in USD) or being charged in USD with the bank setting the exchange rate, but this is not fair advertising. The hotel staff did not offer payment in USD. This meant I paid more than advertised on booking.com.
