About this villa rental
Named after the 270o degrees of panoramic view it offers, 270 Oia's View House IV, features a private swimming pool and hot tub. It is a natural window towards the cliffs of Oia or the caldera of Thirasia, the Aegean islands and the mesmerizing Sunset. Dominated by the element of the water reflecting the mediterranean sun, it combines the values of space and privacy: the heart and soul of a travelling experience.
The split level villa can accommodate up to 6 persons and it features a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and an open sleeping area are just a few steps from the livingroom. From there, a staircase is leading up to the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and a third smaller bathroom. Both levels have immediate access to the outdoor space.
House IV is part of the 270 Oia’s View complex, located just 700m from the main pedestrian street of Oia and with a number of quality restaurants nearby. The guest can enjoy privacy away from the crowds but also visit the village within a few minutes. The famous hiking trail that connects Oia with Fira is also adjacent to the property providing the unique experience of walking along the edge of the caldera cliff while enjoying the amazing views.
Although Oia is a protected village where vehicles are not allowed to cross, our location offers the rare advantage of car accessibility and free parking space for our guests. In addition, the nearest bus stop is in 50m in case someone wishes to use public transportation.
Our Guest Service team will be at your disposal even prior to your arrival to organise your check in and anything you need or wish to enjoy during your stay (transfer, car rental, cruises, winery tours, helicopter rides etc).

Vasilakis, architect and owner, designed and constructed the project during the period of 2008-2011 with extreme respect to the natural landscape and the well known Santorinian traditional bioclimatic architecture. High quality materials combined with the traditional methods of Santorini’s technicians gave an outcome of excellent minimal aesthetic and fully functional interior spaces completely adapted to the unique scenery.
The volumetric and morphological approach to the traditional local residential architecture along with the use of natural materials and bright colours blend effortlessly with the unique scenery of Santorini. It surely gives you something you shouldn't miss: the experience of living surrounded by land, sky and sea.

Great villa with spectacular views. Front desk was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and private chef. A bit of a walk to Oia but was right on the trail. Pool and hot tub were perfect!

The property was great, an amazing view, the service and assistance throughout our stay from Nayia and Constantinos really made our trip.They helped us with wonderful places to eat, transportation, an amazing sunset cruise and photographer for family pictures.We would definitely stay there again

We stayed all around Italy and Greece in 5 star locations for 3 weeks and this was the BEST stay by far. First off, the Villa was amazing. Better than the pictures. We had a family of 4 and it was perfect. Incredible breakfast delivered every morning at whatever time you want to eat while overlooking the best view in Santorini.
The best part was the service. DANI!!!! She was so incredible and made our trip so special. Every recommendation was spot on. When we couldn't find good hummus, she even brought us some from home. It was the best service we have every had at a hotel, VRBO, anywhere. You basically get two personal assistants for the trip. Nayia was sooo nice too and helpful. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!

This property is exactly as advertised and worth every dollar we paid for it. We were two couples staying here and had plenty of room as this is a very large rental. The unit comes equipped with enough items for your morning coffee, tea and breakfasts. The sunset views from here and some of the best we have ever seen anywhere. You have a full unobstructed view of the sunset until the sun disappears below the horizon of the water. Absolutely stunning to see each night. The unit is just outside of town, but a simple 15 minute walk has you in the heart of the action. We had no issues with the distance at all and the unit is directly beside the walking trail so access is very easy. The pool was taken care of twice per day, ensuring it was always clean. The unit itself was cleaned every morning and then a turn down service each evening. We highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Oia.
