Ideal for extended stays, this quiet 42 unit beachside retreat offers peaceful relaxation just moments away from Sarasota’s vibrant arts, dining, and cultural attractions. Community heated pool overlooking the Gulf water, clubhouse, gated indoor parking with assigned space, and secure access to lobby. Two elevators, and we are located on first floor above the parking garage. Private patio for extra outdoor space and enjoyment. One month or more stay as required by HOA. Seasonal rental only, February through May.

Wonderful relaxing stay in this lovely sweet condo. Owner was very accommodating and helpful if needed. Secure and quiet. Location on beach and near St Armands Circle very convenient. Everything you could ever need was there. We loved our time there and recommend 100% staying there.

Loved this condo! We spent two months and enjoyed every moment. This condo is in a very peaceful, safe and well maintained building with wonderful neighbors. Right on the beach and near great restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the pool and deck area which looks out onto
the beach and ocean. Condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities for convenient living including wifi, 3 flat screen TVs, comfy beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this condo -- you can't go wrong! Looking forward to our return visit next winter.
