L’espace, le calme et la literie.

Emplacement pratique et calme (nuit du samedi 9 au dimanche10mai...), jolie terrasse et vue agréable sur très beau jardin depuis la grande chambre. Boîte à clé commode.
L'emplacement est commode et l'appartement, globalement d'un confort correct, mais...très sonore par rapport au 2ème appartement se trouvant sur le même palier, les vieux parquets craquent beaucoup et restituent tous les pas de vos voisins, et l'escalier est pire, rampe "branlante"...literie correcte sauf les oreillers, durs pour 4 d'entre eux, et les précédents locataires ont mal nettoyé la vaisselle 🤨, petits amas de "moutons" au sol à plusieurs endroits.
Par ailleurs le velux de la chambre à 2 lits , à l'étage "fuit"...globalement le sol est assez dégradé.

L'appartement est très bien situé en centre ville avec un parking juste devant et gratuit le week-end. Il est au calme et nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse.
