Helpful & polite checkin - I can’t remember his name but he spoke very good English which was much appreciated!! Location was good about a 10 min walk to the train/bus station. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from & we were pleased they offered a petite breakfast for those of us only wanting a light meal. Our room was a good size, quiet & clean. Our bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the small kitchen to prepare meals. I would definitely recommend Zenitude & I will look for other locations in my travels.

For a 4 star i would suggest maintenance be completed on door to first floor rooms - it has been hacked open fir some reason and never fixed - no excuse.
Not very diligent in keeping breakfast food stocked.
Bed pillows are very big, square and hard.

Rooms were large and comfortable with very good aircon, great location with shops, bars and bakeries nearby
Rooms had a small kitchenette with hob, fridge, kettle etc which was very handy!
Staff were friendly and helpful
Only complaint was I drank the tap water twice and felt really sick, and it left a terrible smell in my water bottle, so would assume it’s not drinkable but it wasn’t signposted
Overall would recommend!
