Está en una excelente ubicación central, además mucho lugar dónde realizar compras, y en primera linea de playa. Caminando por el Malecón hay lugares de comida bastante buenos. Y para asuntos comerciales de negocios y administrativos se encuentra muy cerca de estos: Autoridad Portuaria, Municipio, aeropuerto, terminal terrestre,etc. Tiene a dos cuadras un parque Él Espigón para refrescarse y pasear por la noche.
Quizás el no poder tomar fotos desde la terraza.

It's in a good location in that it is close to the beach. The host, Fernando, was very friendly and helpful with information. I felt it was good value for the price.
