About this house rental
This beautiful beach home located directly across the street from the ocean comes with some beautiful features. Such as the wide, welcoming front porch with ocean views to the large back deck with grill, to the ping pong table in the garage, this home is meant for family fun. Gather the entire family in the large living room around the fireplace and enjoy the 46" flat screen TV/DVD, OR cook on the grill and enjoy the meal on the spacious back deck or at the large dining table inside.Relax in the master suite with queen bed, full bath and new flat screen TV. Beach access is located within 500 feet.This home is also within walking distance of the historical Fort Fisher State Park and just a short distance from the NC Aquarium, and the Ft. Fisher-Southport Ferry. Maximum occupancy of 10 and parking of no more than 6 vehicles strictly enforced. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.

Check-in experience was delayed as the door lock provided did not work. After calling the customer service after office hours and waiting for around 30 mins, the updated code was provided and that solved the issue.There was no mop/vacuum cleaner provided for cleaning. If planning for longer duration and with kids it might be a bit difficult to manage.Apart from this overall stay experience was wonderful.
