- Three full + one half washrooms

- Satellite/smart TVs, unlimited internet
> AMENITIES (OUTSIDE):
- 1.5+ acres of country oasis exclusively for guests
- Spacious decks with BBQ and plenty of seating
- Hot tub
- Basketball
- Putting green
- Mini beach volleyball court
- Wraparound front porch
GUEST ACCESS:
-Check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive email prior to arrival with house rules, including electronic entrance, wifi codes and other details
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Published rates are for first 6 guests. Additional guests $60/pp/night
- The Town strictly enforces noise by-laws past 10 PM. Enforcement includes fines for both guests and host
- No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host
- Vehicle limit- 4-6 cars max
- Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose
- Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy. Additional charge applies if extra beds needed
-Detailed house rules (changes seasonally) will be emailed prior to arrival
- $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.

Very nice place, excellent location not more than 5 to 7 minutes from the Queens street where you have boutiques and restaurants. Not far from the wineries

3 couples stayed very comfortably, at this well appointed home. The husbands golfed, wives spent a day shopping in NOTL and we all enjoyed biking to a few nearby wineries.Home was well stocked for preparing meals. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of biking. Nayem was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We would book this spot again!
