Spacious and light with three nicely apportioned bedrooms including an en-suite primary bedroom with walk-in closet. The Sea Oats is a lovely complex with easy parking and heated POOL and convenient to grocery stores and all conveniences. Near Ron Jons surf shop, and Sandbar and easy access to Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, Patrick AFB, and less than an hour to Orlando and Disney. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and equipment needed for cooking, beach fun, and comfortable living included. Two sleeper sofas easily convert to queen sized beds for a maximum occupancy of eight. Lots of closets including a large walk-in in the master for your belongings and a pack and play for any young children. Why a small hotel when you can have a large home for less with everything you need? Perfect for any contract employees at Cape Canaveral or Port Canaveral! Enjoy beach front living at its best.

My extended family enjoyed our time at Sea Oats. Very spacious unit with comfortable beds. Residents are super friendly. Molly responds quickly to all questions. Easy access to the beach (which was rarely crowded) as well as the pool, grocery stores and restaurants. The pool area is well maintained and rarely overcrowded. Rocket launches visible from the beach and solid rocket booster floats back in about 2 days later. Spacious frig for a big haul from the grocery store followed by our leftovers. Pantry in the kitchen was a plus, too. Early risers can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony or the indoor sofa (July was hot even before sunrise). Chaise lounge sofa is great spot for indoor reading or computer work. WiFi easily handled a college kid with online classes, a remote working young adult and the rest of the scrollers. Highly recommend.

Our host did a great job of communicating with us. The unit is lacated in a great part of Cocoa beach. Close to stores and restaurants. Unit is nice and roomy and has very easy access to the beach. Unit is stocked with everything you need for a family get away. Beaxh chairs, umbrella, towels and such.I highly recommend and will be going back with my family.

Very good beach condo. Spacious and bright. Has everything you need for a worry free vacation.
Condo complex is well maintained. Pool always clean.
