Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Bad mit hervorragender Dusche und Beleuchtung. Ruhige, zentrale Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Deich.

1 Fahrradständer für 4 Fahrräder bei 14 Wohneinheiten und kein Platz auf dem Gelände, um Fahrräder abzustellen. Der Vorschlag der Hausverwaltung, die E-Bikes über 2 Treppen und einen verwinkelten Hausflur in den Keller zu tragen, war nicht umsetzbar! Unterkunft für E-Bike-Besitzer deshalb nicht zu empfehlen! Die WLAN-Abdeckung und der Datendurchsatz waren mangelhaft (WLAN nur im Bad und Schlafzimmer). Das Schlafzimmer hatte nur auf einer Seite des Doppelbettes einen Nachttisch mit Lampe, wodurch abends nur auf einer Seite gelesen werden konnte.
