The entrance features a cloakroom, leading to a cozy living area equipped with a comfortable seating area and a TV wall. An integrated, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining space for four. The bedroom offers a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and two windows with external roller blinds. The bright bathroom comprises a shower, WC, and towel heater.
Guests can enjoy access to a communal laundry room in the basement, featuring a washing machine and dryer for a fee. A fitness room is also available at no extra charge, which includes a back and abdominal trainer, as well as a table tennis table (equipment not provided). A private garage parking space is included. Pets are not allowed.
