We had a wonderful stay here. Dzuy, our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, promptly replying to questions we had. The place is also very well equipped with all basic amenities including a washer and dryer. It’s a very central location with restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping mall and a beautiful park, all within a 5 minutes walking distance. Will definitely come back to stay here in future.

The house is very clean and the location is super good. Anh Dzuy is very nice and kind person. Highly recommended for this place. 🥰

The apartment has a great location — it’s close to shops, public transport, and a beautiful park. The area feels safe and pleasant to walk around, and the host was friendly and welcoming during check‑in, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment was quite disappointing. No toilet paper or washing detergent was provided, and the towels were not clean. The sofa looked a bit dirty and even made my skin feel itchy after sitting for a while. The apartment itself felt quite old and moldy in many areas. The bathroom needs serious maintenance — one bathroom door couldn’t open fully, while the other had a wide gap that allowed water to flood the floor during a shower. The kitchen facilities were also very old, greasy, and unclean, making it practically unusable for cooking. The washing machine was in poor condition as well — moldy and dirty inside, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. To make matters worse, one of the room’s air conditioners was constantly dripping water, which was both disappointing and concerning. Overall, while the location and host were nice, the property itself requires a thorough deep clean and major maintenance before I’d consider staying again.
