My colleagues and I enjoyed our stay at David's property. It was in a great location, close to our conference site and walking distance to downtown Oakland. The three bedrooms and large common space worked out perfect for our needs. One friendly suggestion would be to place curtains in the bathrooms. While the glass may be the type where people cannot see in from the outside, it still feels pretty odd to be using the bathroom/showering, etc... without any curtains and in the midst of several very close buildings and apartments near by. We'd stay here again for sure and would recommend it to others. Thank you!

This apartment is located in a great location, if you want to visit various places in Oakland and the East Bay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, full of interesting art and intriguing design and architectural features. We felt right at home; safe and welcome. Extra bonus: a new Tap Room for Modern Times Brewery (from the San Diego area?) is essentially just across the street.
The property manager is very quick to respond, and very helpful.

The beds were comfortable, extremely clean and was in a great spot. Walking distance to great restaurants and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.
