The house is quite large, able to accommodate 8 people. The location of the house is not far from the city.
The house parking is not user friendly. It was so hard to park when other visitors using the area. Imagine you only had one car, but the rest of the visitors come in with 5 cars. If the car was parked behind, so it is hard to get the car out from the premises. Plus, the alley going to the house cannot park. I attached the image below. The house provided washing machine, but no soap/detergent provided.

The location near to all basic facility like 99Speedmart, KFC, Pizza Hut, ATM. Owner easy to deal with. House equipped with Cucko, refrigerator, air-conditioning
The water pressure needs to be improved. The sofa in the living room needs changing.
