We loved everything about Silvia's apartment. It is located on a quiet street near a bus stop. There was a gelato place right next to our doorsteps and we enjoyed it many nights after dinner. I read many reviews before our travels and I can conclude that this apartment has everything you need for an excellent stay: a/c in each room that keep us cool day and night, most comfortable beds and pillows, very quiet at all times, strong water pressure, super clean, dishwasher, and of course washer and dryer!!! We did not have any mosquitoes at all in the apartment but we did keep our windows closed. Silvia and her husband met us at the doorstep when we arrived, helped us with our luggage ( there are stairs to the 2nd floor), offered us cold water, and gifted us a bottle of Chianti. Silvia was always available to answer any of our questions through Whatsapp and responded promptly. She gave us an info book where she listed restaurants that we should try if we wanted to live like a local Italian. All amazing spots and many near the apartment. We spent a wonderful week in this charming accommodation and couldn’t have been happier! The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The key handover was smooth, and the thoughtful gesture of providing water and excellent wine on arrival was much appreciated. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. A helpful brochure with tips on local restaurants and bars was a great touch. The location was ideal—just a short walk to major sights, excellent restaurants, and shops. This accommodation is truly a gem, ideal for anyone who values privacy, comfort, and flexibility. We had an unforgettable time and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for this wonderful experience—we will definitely come back!

This is our second time staying here, We love it so much we wished we could stay longer! The hosts are friendly and professional, and made us feel right at home. We were greeted warmly, and given the keys directly with no wait at all. There were even welcome bottles of water and a very good wine waiting for us when we checked in! There is a nice booklet in the apartment with helpful information about the apartment. There are so many great places to eat and places to shop nearby. It is a short walk to the many attractions, yet the windows shut out any noise. The kitchen is perfect, with anything you might need! The beds are very comfortable, the sheets and towels fresh and clean. The layout of the apartment has a nice flow, so the place feels airy and spacious, There are roomy wardrobes to organize your things and desks to write or catch up on work. The temperature was very agreeable (we were there around the Christmas season). The apartment even has a washer and a dryer which is rare for Italy and really nice! The sparkling clean bathroom is spacious and everything worked great. There is a taxi stand not far from the apartment too so getting to and from the train station is super easy. Th BEST gelato in the world is the Gelateria di Medici just steps from the apartment. We were there almost every day. We can't wait to book here again. This is a a paradise of an apartment in beautiful Florence.

Air conditioning would have been great, but was no real issue even though it was 35C outside. Rooms did stay at a reasonable temperature.
