Studio located in a quiet marina for 2 people with all mod cons close to all amenities, the sea and the beach. Ideal for spending holidays on the French Riviera. Very well placed with direct access to the beach (100 meters on foot), restaurants and shops on the port (100 meters). Direct access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi (Paying extra). Many activities in the surroundings, sailing, jetski, 4 fitness rooms (top notch!), thalassotherapy center, thalasoleil, industrial area with department stores, direct train station access 5 minutes' walk away. Excellente situation les pieds quasi dans l'eau.
Logement très bien pour y dormir (ce qui était parfait pour nous). Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante.
Par contre la photo figurant sur l'annonce ne correspond pas tout à fait à la réalité.
L'appartement n'a aucune vue sur la mer comme la photo le fait penser.
