About this apartment rental

Exceptional location, directly on the sandy beach of Villeneuve Loubet, without road in front, air-conditioned 23 m2 studio on the first floor of a small 2-storey building without elevator, completely renovated in 2017.
Quality services, close to everything, in the heart of the tourist activity of Villeneuve Loubet in summer, geographically ideal location with supermarket Grand Casino at 80m, restaurants, shops, cycle track and vélib just behind the building, highway entrance and exit 1 km, train station 1 km, Nice airport 6 km, Cagnes sur mer racecourse 300 m, Marineland 6 km.
Ideal for 2 people with new and comfortable quality bedding, a third person or 1 or 2 children can sleep in the sofa bed (much less comfortable)
Sheets and towels provided for 2 people, air conditioning, WiFi Internet, TV, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen area, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian shower and quality sanitary facilities.
The building's parking lot is in the "blue zone" with an hourly disc valid for 2 hours, from 9:00 to 21:00.
Out of season, one of the 4 private places can be used.
Easy, free and free parking nearby all year round.
The beach is very lively in July and August, with a lifeguard station and a play stand (calm) for children in front of the building.
June and September are the best months to enjoy excellent conditions with far fewer tourists, followed by May and October where you always enjoy the beach and the sea. Although some extraterrestrials bathe all year round, the bathing of the common mortals is done from the beginning of May to the end of October.
The town hall of Villeneuve Loubet is very efficient and generous for the tourist animation.
Lots of free quality activities, entertainment, games, concerts, discovery, well done and thanks to the tourist office.
PS: The beach is originally a pebble beach, covered with sand from May to October.

Villeneuve Loubet is located between Antibes and Nice, between Cannes and Monaco, Menton, close to Saint Paul de Vence, de Grasse (the city of perfumes.) The Italian border is 50km away, the mountains are an hour's drive away.

This apartment is clean and compact. Saying compact, it never felt small and confined. With a lovely balcony with sea views it was very light and airy. We found it to be very well equipped. Near by is the supermarket and restaurants. The marina is a short relaxing walk too with more restaurants and a smaller supermarket. Jean gave a very detailed communication about how to get to the apartment from the airport, also saying that the public transport system takes a bit of getting used to. We loved every minute we were there, a truly relaxing and lovely holiday, very hard to leave! Would recommend to anyone, but just bear in mind there is no lift in the building if you're not good with any stairs, it didn't bother us at all, but just good to know.

This property is located perfectly on the beach. Within 2 minutes there is a great supermarket ‘Casino’, a pharmacy, several restaurants, tourist information and bus stop (Les Drapeux’. Train station Villeneuve Loubet is 15 minutes walk from there you can go to Nice, Monaco or Cannes. The apartment was ideal, really well laid out with all you need. Especially appreciated the balcony to sit out on or eat dinner in the evening.

The studio apartment is very well laid out, all things have been thought about and the space is very good. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, we really enjoyed sitting watching the world go by. You can see across the sea the planes going into Nice airport but this did not bother us. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic holiday with great hosts and perfect location!

We returned yesterday after a wonderful two-week stay. Without a shadow of a doubt we would definitely stay here again. We booked this property after reading all the previous positive reviews and we were not disappointed. Jean and Barbara were excellent hosts who could not have done more to make our stay a very happy and memorable one. They both speak English which was a great help as our French is very limited. So firstly, a massive thank you to them. The apartment is more spacious than it looks on the photographs. It is very comfortable and it had everything we needed during our stay. There is a small kitchen area with a two-ring hob, a microwave if you decide to do any cooking which we did and even a Nespresso coffee machine. We could not find any English-speaking channels on the Smart TV but we could use Netflix and Youtube to watch Sky News. The WIFI in the apartment is very quick and good to use with the three devices we used. The bathroom is very modern with a large shower with good power and hot water available at all times. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for all our meals and glasses of wine, soaking up the ambience. Fantastic! The location right on the beach was perfect for us. Life here starts at about 6.15am with beach cleaning and the distant rumble of early take-offs at Nice airport. Don't worry you won't hear any of this if you have the excellent double/triple gazing sliding door closed. We used this as our alarm clock to get up early, to get onto the beach and into the water. The water is clean and quite warm, getting warmer through the day. No traffic noise or car fumes, all you will hear are people enjoying themselves on the beach. Don't worry, the beach is closed between midnight and 6.00am so no late parties. There is a very large supermarket literally a few minutes walk away that sells everything you will need and four different types of restaurants within two minutes. The quality of the produce in the supermarket is very good. The beach is a ‘Handiplage’ which means it is wheelchair friendly with floatation chairs available. Getting around was quite easy when we got used to the buses and the local train (bus numbers 217, 200 and 23). Make your first stop the Tourist Information Office about a five minute walk up Avenue de la Mer. They are really helpful and friendly and they speak different languages (thanks Sylvie). Our final thanks again to Jean and Barbara our perfect hosts.

Jean, the owner, was extremely generous, welcoming host. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with high-quality furnishings and decor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. The kitchen is practical, everything you need is available. There are several restaurants that offer tasty food. And for self catering there is a large supermarket only 10 steps away. The apartment was only 4 steps from the local pebble beach. Perfect views of the coast from here. We loved the location, on a quiet street leading straight on to the beach, with parking available in the private car park or nearby. Jean and his family were very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. We will return to Nice at some point in the near future, and we would love to stay in this gorgeous apartment again. Truly home from home.

Bon emplacement donnant directement sur la mer. Logement en excellente état, fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec clim..Restaurants a proximité et de qualités. Seul manque les bars le soir , ne serais ce que pour aller boire un café, et le dynamisme de Villeneuve reste un peu light...PS ..la location est une chose, le contact avec l hôte en est une autre, Contrainte de stationnement ainsi que le fameux le disque bleu toute les deux heures..

TOP-TOP-TOP Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, viel näher geht es eigentlich nicht mehr. Es ist nicht überfüllt und zum Teil gibt es einen Sandstrand. Parkplätze gibt es in der unmittelbaren Nähe und Restaurants sind gerade um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind so nett gewesen. Liebe Grüße an Herr Goudon und seine Familie wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren zu viert vor Ort, 2 Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder (10 und 8 Jahre) das hat super gepasst. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles in allem eine großartige Zeit und wir können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Merci beaucoup

Die Lage der Wohnung war super!!! Größe vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen. Einzig die laute Geräuchkulisse des Meeres bei sehr starkem Wellengang war störend. Damit muss man aber bei der direkten Meerlage rechnen. Als Beeinträchtigung fand ich , dass während der Hauptsaison nur öffentliche Parkplätze mit einer Parkdauer von max. 2 Stunden zur Verfügung stehen. Wir hatten außerhalb dieser Zeit das Glück einen von 4 Privatparkplätzen vom Vermieter zu bekommen. Der Vermieter war direkt erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub :)

Wir hatten unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem die direkte Lage zum Meer. Das Meer ist einfach fantastisch gewesen, sauber und angenehm warm. Auch das Wetter hat super mitgemacht mit einer kleiner Ausnahme. Es war sehr ruhig, kaum etwas los . Das Appartement war klein aber fein , sehr sauber mit einem bezauberndem Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren zu dritt, uns hat der Platz ausgereicht . Das Sofa ear etwas ungemütlich zum schlafen. Dafür war das Bett sehr gemütlich und bequem. Küche ist mit allem notwendigen gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Gewürzen. Der Besitzer und seine Frau , die nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Geschäfte in einer unmittelbarer Nähe sowie unzählige Restaurants : mexikanisch, Pizzeria, thailändisch...... Etwas kompliziert, unserer Meinung nach, ist es mit den Parkplätzen. Im Hof vor dem Haus gibt es eine sogenannte “ blaue Zone”, da darf man kostenlos parken, wenn was frei ist für zwei Stunden. Man kann die Parkuhr immer wieder nach zwei Stunden neu stellen oder man parkt eine Straße unten. Also eine Lösung gibt es immer. Unter der Woche ist es sehr ruhig, aber wie gesagt wir waren in der ersten Septemberwoche. Zusammengefasst: Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche für uns. Vielen Fank an Jean und seine Frau. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm , es hat uns gefallen

Auch ein Hundestrand befand sich in der Nähe. Monaco, Saint Tropez, Nizza muss man sehen. Das Wasser einmalig nur an Cote d'Azur. Das Appartement ist klimatisiert und mit Aussicht auf den Strand. Die Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück. Ola und Arek

Le studio est très propre, bien conçu, bien équipé, lit de très bonne qualité. Rien ne manque. Et cette vue du balcon est tout simplement magnifique. Nous recherchions la proximité de la mer et là on ne peut pas plus proche. Quel plaisir d'être bercé par le bruit des vagues sur les galets ! Le studio est idéalement placé, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et des lieux touristiques. Un grand merci au propriétaire très sympathique et bienveillant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances même si la météo était assez changeante. L'office de tourisme de Villeneuve Loubet nous a très bien conseillé et il y a de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs (Villeneuvoise, parc naturel,...). L'appartement est idéalement situé même sans voiture (arrêt de bus très proche) pour la plage et les courses. De plus il correspond en tous points à la description. Merci a Monsieur Goudon pour sa gentillesse et son accueil!

Ein wunderschön, modern und absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Studio. Das beste ist natürlich die direkte Lage am Strand und der Balkon mit Palmen- und Meerblick. Fantastisch, morgens die Läden zu öffnen und diesen Blick samt Sonnenaufgang zu haben. Es war jetzt in der zweiten Septemberhälfte noch sehr heiß, im August evtl. zu sonnig zum Frühstücken? Innen gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön und komfortabel. Jean ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Host, der nebenan wohnt und immer per whats App erreichbar war. Einziges Minimanko: es fliegen sehr oft Flugzeuge vorbei (man liegt aber nicht direkt in der Einflugschneise), die in Nizza landen.... trotzdem klare Empfehlung!

Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, toller Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Tolle Lage am einzigen Sandstrand im Umkreis von 10 km. Abends ist es generell recht ruhig, zumindest im September. Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen und jedem empfehlen. Maximal jedoch mit zwei Personen in dieses Apartment einziehen.
