Everything went smooth, nice area to visit, nice people as well.

Clean, easy to check-in and check-out. Everything was clean, got good information about the areas and activities to do. There are facilities nearby (restaurant, small grocery with croissant and lots of things).

The mosquito net was broken in the small bedroom and the window locker didn’t work in the bigger bedroom

Ideal for families with young children - mine are adults!!

The location is great for Vallon-pont-d'arc where there are plenty of restaurants and a busy market on Thursdays. The cabin was well designed and modern and the staff polite and helpful.

The cabins are really close together - the one behind us felt like it was adjoining at night - and that was just people walking around! I imagined Centerparcs for the price, sadly not! We didn't even venture to the pool as overrun with children - they should be limited to the childrens pool imo (i am a parent) The free items are a nice touch after a long trip - a momentary distraction from the very small cabin - i was disappointed, after paying €300 a night. It is next to the river if you walk right across the site depending on where your cabin is.. we were near the road! I didn't feel like i was in nature at all. Cute ponies. Nice idea, but no peace and packed too tightly for profit which leaves a bad taste - I would rather the cheap option here and either camp or use an older cabin as nearer the river and where you expect noise!

Lovely stay in a updated quiet property- I would recommend it

Really nice updated property (we stayed in a premium cabin) the kids enjoyed the easy access to the river and the pool slide. We enjoyed the AC- note that the AC is only in the living room so you need to leave all the doors open if you want to enjoy it at night in the bedroom

We had to make our bed and strip them - I usually don’t stay in campings so that was unexpected

Pleasant stay but could be better

Great location on the river, on site epicerie (shop) was very well stocked. Pools were good. Takeaway fries from the restaurant were good too. The pack of washing up liquid and cleaner was good too. Recycling facilities include food waste.

The restaurant was badly reviewed so we avoided it, based on feedback from others that was a wise decision. Double bed in the classic was hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking ... No pan lids, no oven tray, no oven glove. The fridge door needed rehanging to open the other way, very simple to do. The pool on the south side had a gate which wasn't secure, the latch didn't lock.

Great location, close to everything but also calm and peaceful. Nice welcome breakfast included, swimming pool and activities offered were great too.

Could have done with an extra mirror in the cabin, not only in the bathroom.

Great location, perfect for kayaking the Ardêche

Great location with on site kayak rental, short walk from the local town and nearby supermarket is a 5 minute drive. All staff were super friendly.

Only critique would be the table tennis tables were quite far away from the main site. Could have some table tennis tables on the actual main site, maybe by the BBQ area or something similar etc.

the cabins were a bit cold and the extra thick bedding was not clean. needed some pathways on the exterior of the plot by the sports area. we had to walk thru bushes or dry bump track.

Love a great caravan park and this one was tops plus its such a beautiful region!

Loved this place, it had everything. Our cabin was well appointed and well laid out. The facilities including the pools, restaurant, grocery shop and riverside lounges were all great. Access to activities like biking and canoeing right on site.

Fantastic, friendly and beautiful!

The campsite was lovely with excellent facilities. Two swimming pools, sport courts and more. The site was surrounded by trees and had a good access to the river which was beautiful. The food was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. We especially liked the non alcoholic cocktails! Next time we visit the Ardeche we would definitely come back here! The location was fab too with everything we needed within walking distance

The only thing was the pool that the slide went into was quite shallow, perhaps this could be a deeper water or a smoother floor, however this was not a major issue.

Second time and loved it!

This is our second stay at les Rives d’arc and we love the place. Clean, great service, green, kids club is awesome. Kids can be left to play around and enjoy the property, feels super secure. Few comments: Parking space possibilities, phone connexion is poor, activities can be advertised / announced better (for adults too).

We had such a nice stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly, clean pools, great entertainment and the lodge was stunning. Also in short walking distance of the river.

Not really use to book camping so probably our fault too but for nearly the price of a hotel, not use to have to do our own cleaning and bring linen and towels. It was 33 degree and no air con so incredibly hot in the room. 10 am check out is really too early
