The environment
Located in a well-maintained and pleasant residence, our accommodation will welcome you in a warm atmosphere.
Located just a 7-minute walk from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, the establishment is in an environment with complete services and amenities. Nearby, you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants and various shops.
You will have access to the swimming pool in front of the accommodation as well as to the second swimming pool (July / August), table tennis tables and bowling green.
The accommodation
T3 type holiday home, pleasant and warm, with a small garden and a terrace where it is good to have a meal.
The kitchen open to the living/dining room is well equipped:
- fridge with freezer
- ceramic hob
- microwave / grill
- coffee maker, kettle, toaster PGJyPg
A large convivial table that can accommodate 8 people as well as a large sofa and a TV adorn the living room.
Games are available in a drawer of the sofa. A toilet completes the first floor.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms. The first is composed of a double bed and a large closet. The second has 3 single beds and a direct view of the Ardèche nature.
You will find pillows, duvets and blankets in each room.
The bathroom, modern and practical, has a large shower tray and a luminous mirror.
The accommodations are entirely available to guests except for a locked reserve cupboard in the corridor leading to the toilets.
Guests are not allowed to touch the electricity meter without the written permission of the owner.
