About this house rental
This remodeled Family Home will surprise you with it’s cleanliness, comfort and luxury. Three main suites with private baths will allow you personal space while the common areas will accommodate and encourage fellowship and relaxation. Not that you are interested in preparing meals (we are in Lancaster County, for goodness sake, home to some of the best eats ever!) but the kitchen is stocked and has an open dining area with seating for 10 at the main dining table. Guests will be able to enjoy two entertainment rooms, and a large private deck to the back of the home with a natural gas grill, patio with Bonfire area, and hot tub!
The house sleeps 12, but there is a small fee per guest after 8 guests.
House Rules
-During seven (7) day stays, Nest Run personnel will provide clean towels midweek. A complimentary call to the house phone will occur prior to staffs arrival. Guest shall allow homeowner/Nest Run staff access to the property for purposes of repair and maintenance. The basement and some closets are locked and shall remain locked at all times. Guests are not permitted access to the basement or these closet areas. Cleaning staff may be in the basement area separated from Guests during the rental period.
-The Primary Guest must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age. By accepting these rules, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of these premises.
-If valuable items are left unattended in bedrooms or parked vehicles, homeowner does not accept responsibility for theft or loss. A safe is provided for valuables in Suite #3’s closet. Additional information on bulletin board in kitchen of Nest Run.
(You should not have to worry about theft, the neighborhood is very safe!)
-Free WI-FI is accessible to all Guests. Password is provided upon arrival.
-Six (6) parking spaces are provided. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street and Guests shall obey all parking signs and regulations.
-Do not eat meals in the bedrooms. Do not place drinks on wood furniture without using the coasters provided. Use appliances for their intended purposes only.
-Do not wash clothes in the bathrooms. A washer and dryer are provided for Guests’ use. Clean the dryer filter of lint after every use. There is no daily housekeeping service. Nest Run provides all linens and bath towels with this unit.
-Smoking is prohibited in Nest on the Run. The Registered Guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.00 (five hundred dollars) if any guest smokes in Nest Run. Smoking is permitted outside only. Do Not throw butts outside, use butt buckets provided.
-No Pets are Allowed. If a pet is on the property, a damage fee of $150.00 (one hundred fifty dollars) will be charged. Service animals may be permitted with prior approval from homeowner.
-Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If Nest Run is left in an unfit condition, a cleaning service fee (over the normal cleaning fee) of a minimum of $250.00 (two hundred fifty dollars) will be assessed.
-The level of noise inside and outside the property must be reasonable at all times. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Guests must be dressed appropriately when using the outside property of Nest Run.
-Be advised that there are security cameras on the exterior of the property. The cameras view the parking lot area, patio, front porch, and entryway sidewalk.

Hot Tub and Fire Pit liability
By Renting this house you agree to fully comply with all the following rules and regulations in consideration to the outside hot tub and fire pit:
Hot Tub:
Do not sit on hot tub cover and close tub when not in use
Enter and exit the hot tub slowly
No jumping or diving into hot tub
Do not bring glass in or near hot tub
Do not bring food into the hot tub
Do not use alcohol, narcotics or medications in hot tub
Elderly and pregnant should consult doctor before use
Children MUST be supervised by an adult
Do not enter hot tub if temperature is over 104℉
Limit your soak for 15 Minutes, and cool off before re-entry
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult with doctor before entering the hot tub
Do not use soaps or oils in spa
Turn off jets when finished with soak
Contact owners immediately if there is an issue with Hot Tub
Fire Pit
Only burn wood and paper provided
Please use roasting sticks provided
Keep fire in pit
Make sure fire is extinguished before leaving
An adult should be present at all times when fire is burning

Staying at Nest on the Run was pure perfection for our wedding weekend. The Melhorn Family thought of everything to make their home like our own.We hosted our rehearsal dinner there on Friday. The kitchen, dining areas and outdoor spaces provided so much space. And we were able to walk back and forth to our wedding venue, Melhorn Manor, just a block away.We are so thankful that a place as special as this was available to our family.

It property was spacious and well cared for. Very roomy and updated. It came stocked well with kitchen items (including spices, sugar, etc), had a hot tub with towels, had a firepit with seating area with wood available, forks for smores and a welcome kit with goodies. The house was beautiful and modern, had lots of space and a Galaga machine with quarters provided that was a huge hit. The kitchen was huge and spacious with lots of counter space. I had rented the house for my wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner there and stayed through the weekend. So relaxing and convenient and they were so easy to work with. The owners were understanding that we ran late with checkout because my mom couldnt find her phone. I highly recommend this property! It was absolutely perfect and I couldnt have imagined anything better.Also, there is a deep tub in one of the bathrooms, which was an amazing bonus (i am tall)!!Communication was excellent as well.Thank you so much for everything - it truly made my wedding weekend less stressful and allowed my family to gather together easier.
