The house - really nice and clean

The layout of the house was nice 3 BRs with Master (king size bed)ensuit and 2 BRs (queen size bed) with a full bath in the hall on the main level. 2 large BRs in the basement, one with 2 queen beds and the other with one queen bed. A bath with shower in the basement. Kitchen was well stocked.
Huge problem withe hot water heater. It barely supported 2 people taking a hot shower back to back. The water was ICE cold by the end of the 2nd person's shower. For a house that accommodates 12 ppl, this is an issue.

The house was laid out perfectly for our group. Everyone had space so we weren’t on top of one another.
A couple of the beds were a tad uncomfortable but nice overall.
