About this house rental
Cozy, spacious charming Southampton Village house great for families and friend groups. The house is 2 minutes from either the Hampton Jitney Omni Station or 2 minutes from the Train Station. You can actually get here without a car as you can walk right to the beach or the Village and do all your shopping. We have bicycles on the premises for your convenience. We offer a charming front porch with patio furniture and awning that rolls out. The back area has a back porch with Barbecue and the pool area has lounge chairs with lounge cushions. There is also more patio furniture table with Umbrella and 6 chairs. Pool heating is an additional cost which you pay upon arrival. Please ask if you should want this additional service. The cost depends on your total stay. Absolutely no bonfires permitted ever on this property.
We also offer an upper deck also furnished with outside patio furniture, Sun Umbrella and more lounge chairs and Table with chairs. Many families and large groups have come and we have accumulated many favorable reviews as we have been doing this for years. This is proof that we have earned our Super Host Status. Large home with several bedrooms to accommodate 9 people. The house was well kept. The property manager was accessible and very helpful for the move-in and check out processes. We felt very comfortable in the rental property and would definitely stay there in the future.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this Southampton VRBO. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The house has modern amenities from the TV to the washer and dryer. The location is close to everything you want for a great trip like the beach and downtown. The host/property manager was very friendly and keeps the property well-maintained. I would stay here again if I find myself back in the area.

Maximilian checked us I and could not have been more accommodating and thorough. And he is hilarious. The house is portrayed accurately in the photos. The location is just a 5 minute walk into town on a quiet leafy street. The kitchen is small but has everything one needs for short term rental. The yard is large and well maintained. And the pool was delightful. Like any rental property, it is full of mismatched furniture and lots of old “stuff” but is tastefully arranged. I believe the owner is replacing an old tv, an old bbq, and old bikes, which will make your stay even better.

The patio, pool and lush surroundings were perfect for relaxing and creating cherished memories.The house manager was exceptional—warm, professional, and hilarious! He shared great tips about Southampton and surprised us with a gorgeous, delicious homemade cheesecake, a thoughtful touch that had everyone raving. His hospitality made us feel like honored guests than renters.Located in the heart of Southampton, the house was close to wedding venues and attractions yet felt like a private retreat. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was effortless, easing our busy weekend.This VRBO was the perfect base for our son’s wedding. We’re already planning our next stay!
