I had a large group of girls for my bachelorette and was looking for a good mix of fun and relaxation. The house offers just that and slept us all perfectly. Great communication with the owner and the place was immaculate!

Joe was an amazing host - always responsive from the moment of booking throughout the entire stay. The kitchen was a chef's dream - spacious and stocked with every appliance, seasoning, etc you can think of. We were a group of 8 and cooked family dinners each night. The highlight of the property was most definitely the deck, which was beautifully decorated and with a perfect amount of seating. Neighborhood was very walkable and it was a very short drive to the beach!
I would note that there are less full bathrooms than expected, with the main floor bedroom having to use either the outdoor shower or share with the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Also, beautiful master bedroom closet advertised in the photos was not accessible to us.
Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we will definitely be back!

The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. Luxury products in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels! Loved the pool and outdoor space. Joseph was easy to communicate with. Overall we had a great time!

The house was very clean and filled with different amenities and gadgets. The outside area was huge and had tons of seating for the whole group! Joe was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend this house to large groups!!!
