We had a great time on our stay! Everything was very nice and cozy. The pontoon boat was great, we had a fire a couple nights in the fire pit. The locals were all great and really friendly. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I loved the site, the cabin was clean with sufficient space for the five of us. It is advertised to sleep 8 but that would be seriously cramped. I cannot recommend the customer service, unfortunately. No one was available on site, if any staff was onsite we didn't know who they were. There isn't an office to buy supplies like charcoal or wood as the website indicates. There wasn't any coffee and very little dish soap, these items were dropped in the three seasons room after we texted or left a VM. After we left, we realized we might have left something behind in the cabin. We texted and left a VM with staff to ask if anything was found but there hasn't been follow up. I also just received an email about an additional charge on my credit card. It doesn't say what the charge is for and it is from a "Do Not Reply" email address. While we loved the location it isn't quite enough to offset the inconveniences, discrepancies with information on the website and the customer service experience.
