Villa Mestressa

Pool, garden, outside eating area. Comfortable bedrooms & character of the villa. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates etc, even plastic plates & cutlery for the children.

The hob was temperamental, would turn itself off for no reason. The A/C was set to come on at a later time than mentioned in the villa information paperwork so our first night was very uncomfortable, especially for our 2 young grandchildren. Our holiday did not start well. The timings should have been checked prior to our arrival, especially as they were aware of 2 small children being present. This was rectified the following morning but considering how much we paid for this villa, to have controlled the A/C ourselves would have been preferred. It would have been nice to have had more than 1 toilet roll per bathroom, maybe a welcome pack of a couple of bottles of water, washing up liquid etc, would have been a great touch. Also a visit from our rep at the beginning of our holiday would have been nice, especially with the A/C issue.
