View was amazing!!! and the full kitchen was great, also loved the pool downstairs

A little far away from the hustle and bustle but as to be expected in the docklands.

Lovely little apartment, well furnished and clean. Good size balcony with nice views over the river.

A little bit remote, in a weirdly quiet area. So many apartments but not many people, might not be a bad thing really.

I didn't like the swap of apartment, day before our arrival. On Booking.com it shows 889 Collins Street The day before we left I received an email saying 915 Collins Street. I mainly booked 889 because of the convenience of having the tram across the street I have chronic back pain and the closer to transport the better. Also collecting the keys and returning them was an ordeal, very painful...there should be a better system. There was no information left. No maps of area etc. No instructions on how to use washing machine. Just simple things like that would make it so much better. This is false advertising and very inconvenient because all our tours and transfers were booked for 889 Collins Street. Booking.com would be held responsible for the incorrect advertising of the address.

Great location , easy access via lifts no long wait. Fantastic view

Rubbish bin still full from previous stay, blood stain in bathroom, uncomfortable couch. Bed hard as a rock mattress felt very old. Cheap and nasty bed cover. Property demanded $500.00 credit card surety in case of damage when normal practice is $1.00 failed to disclose that it would take over a week for the pending $500.00 to be removed form account.
