The stay at Plum Run exceeded our expectations. We went to Plum Run to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We expected a great place to come to and stay, but what we received was a beautiful resort like atmosphere that included unique destination stations all throughout the property.Every room within this cabin barn has a different theme. We spent time in each of the rooms, talking, reading, laughing and enjoying. There are so many books of so many different subjects that you will enjoy perusing and reading through the classics all the way through to popular culture and magazines on architecture and Local interest.The experience brought out the Artist in both myself and my husband as we paint en Plein Aire both the barn and plum run. The peace that we felt here was immensely healing. Over the nine days that we spent in this one location we could have stayed there and never left the property. We got to meet the owner sister and had really good conversations as well as the owner himself who shared the full history of this property. It is cleared that this property was built with love for family and the desire to bring out the best in every person. We wholeheartedly recommend this property for a stay or a longer stay or any of your life events, which you wish to celebrate.

Wonderful stay for recharging with my husband and our dog. Beautiful house and property… and as described. Everything you may need is in the house. Mark was a great host and we were able to call or text him with any questions. Mark even met us on our last day and gave us a personal tour of the house and property. Would recommend and will plan other trip in the warmer months!
