About this apartment rental
Hello! My name is Nik Doda! I am the Italian-American owner of this luxury apartment which is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city. Located on the Ground floor of a deluxe building. This location is the most desirable, as it is within easy walking distance to the city center as well as convenient public transportation. Pay parking is available nearby.
This ground floor deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. Even the 18th century frescoes have been lovingly restored by a local artist! This luxury apartment has HEATED floors throughout and consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 marble bathroom with a rain shower. The bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. There is an open plan kitchen with a dining table, a living area with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for one couples (no children or infants please) for a short or medium term rental. This elegant apartment close to the new Opera house and Cascine Park, is fully sound-proof and is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.
In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.
Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.
Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be an extra 50 Euros cleaning charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.
I follow enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
The entire apartment is at your disposal.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT AND SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE!
- PLEASE CALL/TEXT US WHEN YOU ARE HEADED TO THE APARTMENT: Please remember to CALL/TEXT the check-in number 20 minutes before your arrival at the apartment, or when you are heading to the apartment, so that we can send over someone of our staff to take care of your check-in. In case you don't have a phone, you can ask the taxi driver and use his/her phone.
-CHECK-IN: Check-in is between 3pm - 10pm
- CHECK-OUT: Check out is by 10:00AM. Just leave the keys on the table, and close the door behind you.
- NOTICE: We Are Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Valuables.
- The apartment is located in an residential building, please respect the normal rules of civil society, respect the property and leave it clean. Place all your garbage in the bins provided.

Everything about our stay was made easy. The apartment was quiet, clean and a great size. Our just was friendly and thoughtful. The apartment is a walkable distance from the heart of Florence but it was also very easy to use the tram. .

The apt was amazingly beautiful, clean and centrally located to the train station, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, because Nik was a fantastic host. The apt is in a very quiet area but near a bike path that made it convenient. We would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

Nik was very hospitable and communicated well. He met us at the door to get us checked in at the property. He explained everything and gave recommendations around town. You will have everything you need at this property including washer/dryer, A/C, etc. My wife and I would stay here again if we are back in Florence. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to all the shops and food. Good thing is the walk is very flat and doable. Don’t hesitate to stay at this location.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in. Very modern, clean place. All new appliances. Nik was very helpful by greeting us personally and showing us the apartment. The place is exactly like the photos.
