Boasts breath-taking views of the ocean, Waterfront and the famous Cape Town soccer stadium, site of Cape Town’s 2010 Football World Cup matches. Stroll along the beachfront promenade absorbing the vibrant sights and sounds of Cape Town.
Located a short drive away are some of Cape Towns’ finest beaches - Clifton and the fashionable Camps Bay beach strip.
Several great restaurants, Deli’s, bar’s and supermarkets are within walking distance.
The house boasts 2 large balconies spanning both first and second floors, offering delightful views overlooking the Football Stadium, Waterfront and Robin Island. What's more, on the upper level, a bar/kitchnette and entertainment area lead onto an outdoor entertainment area which includes a private, landscaped garden and large sparkling pool.
The option to convert the upper level into a self contained unit for parents, older children or another couple is ideal - even offers your own entrance should you require.

3 Large en suite bedrooms, with two Queen size beds and one King size bed. Plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom is provided. Each en-suite bathroom has a shower and two bathrooms have baths/tubs – one larger soaking tub and one standard size. Two additional guest toilets for both the downstairs and upstairs areas.
Large fully equipped Kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, gas stove, tumble dryer and washing machine that opens into a fabulous open plan lounge leading onto a balcony with more beautiful ocean views.
The kitchenette on the top level has a kettle, fridge and microwave.
Two TV lounges with satellite TV/DSTV and a wide screen TV for your viewing pleasure. If TV is not your thing then relax around the pool or on one of the two balconies.

An optional cleaning service is provided for your convenience at a rate of R250 for half a day.
