Cube62 is a beautiful, multi-level, 5 bed/5 bath, effortlessly chic & modern family home built to enjoy the peace & tranquility of life on Seapoint's sought after Ocean View Drive with spectacular views and a total winner for it's unmatched privacy.
Spread across three floors of open plan living, king size bedrooms (4 en suite) and multiple secluded outdoor areas, Cube62 will be the home away from home you didn't know you needed. Each of the the four bedrooms inside the house are furnished with king size beds and hotel grade 400tc luxury linens. The additional outside flat, completed with kitchen and master bathroom has it's own private entrance, perfect for a nanny or additional family member. The house incldued a 3 car garage, shaded, but naturally heated swimming pool with built in water feature adding to the house's unique, oasis-like charm.
The master bedroom, upstairs study/TV room and the main living level are the only rooms in the house with built in air-conditioning/heating. The lower suites are supplied with mobile fans and heaters but are all without built in air, until Jan 2026, when we will have full air-conditioning throughout the house.
Guests have free access to the entire house, grounds and amenities except one locked room on the lower level and any cupboard which has been locked, demarcated as an 'owners cupboards' including the house's linen cabinet.

HOST HOURS 7H-22H.
Any contact required outside of these hours, unless in the case of an emergency, is kindly requested to be held until the following morning when the host can attend to your needs as quickly as possible.
