This modern and inviting accommodation is equipped with quality furnishings and appliances in a lush yet cozy atmosphere. It has everything you need to enjoy with family, friends or colleagues. Set amongst farmland and grapevines, you'll relish in the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. A stunning slice of Hawkes Bay paradise, the vineyard villa is a popular choice for friends and family get togethers, special birthdays celebrations, business functions and more.
With four large bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 10 people comfortably, depending on room configurations. This also makes a great place for wedding guests. The Villa has relaxed open plan living, plenty of outdoor living space and an outdoor swim spa overlooking the vineyard and farmland.

This property features 2 super king beds, 2 king beds, and 1 king single bunk bed We are capable of splitting the 2 super king beds into 4 single beds. If you would like to alter the configuration, please contact us two weeks prior to your stay, otherwise there is a $50 fee per room.
We are in walking distance to Linden Estate Winery and Valley D-vine restaurant. Do look them up to see opening hours and days

Amazing property; well appointed and exactly as described. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 50 to 93; it worked really well; comfortable beds, wonderful bathrooms and just fantastic. Host (Justine) was wonderful to deal with. Will definitely come back in the Summer.

This was a really beautiful home, well furnished, spotlessly clean and all that you needed for a lovely stay. The outside decking was beautiful and sitting out there looking over the vineyard was so relaxing. Justine the host was very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
