We had an excellent stay. There was an issue with the refrigerator but Sandpiper maintenance brought another refrigerator to get us through the rest of the week. Check out was effortless.

Sandpiper suited my family of 5 perfectly for our 4 day stay in Destin. The neighbors were really sweet and friendly… would def book again!!!!

Property needs upgrading. There was no coffee table as pictured, no placemats, coasters, bath mats, hairdryer. Screen door was broken and some electrical wall switches didn’t work. The freezer part of fridge did not work and the dryer stopped running after first load. Office staff was very attentive to the problems and called for outside help, but nothing was fixed before we left. We were comped for the inconveniences.

This is the second time I have stay here and honestly I feel like this time could of have been better. The tv didn’t work, my kids were bored. The bathtub didn’t work and it was annoying. I think they could of have done better. The lady at the front desk didn’t know where to guide me to find the number on my condominium. I know they could done better.
