We're excited to host you at our "Sierra River House" that sits on the Main Fork of the Kaweah River. Upon entering the house you will notice the Breathtaking Views of the Kaweah River and Moro Rock. The home was designed to capture all of the outside natural beauty and bring it into the house while relaxing in the comfort of a newly remodeled home on the river. This a one-of-a-kind vacation home that will serve as the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Sequoia or Kings Canyon.

The Home::
The "Sierra River House" sits on the Main Fork of the Kaweah River. This is a true Riverfront property. You truly can't get any closer! Upon entering the house you will notice the Breathtaking Views of the Kaweah River and Moro Rock. The home was designed to capture all of the outside natural beauty and bring it into the house while relaxing in the comfort of a newly remodeled home on the river. The Sierra River House is the best place to relax after a long day at the Sequoia & Kings Canyon Parks. The House is in Three Rivers, CA - 5 min to the Sequoia National Park.
The custom windows are large throughout the home offering the most wonderful views of Mountains, River, Moro Rock and Woodland. There are River and Mountain views from every room in the home. Our Riverfront Home is perched on the river's edge, offering spectacular views from every room and lounging deck overlooking the river. You will wake up to amazing views of the Kaweah River right out the bedroom windows. The home is approximately 2000+- sqft., but feels even much larger due to the large cathedral ceilings.
This Home was newly Remodeled and it has All New Modern Furnishings from the couches, tables, beds, chairs. It has all the amenities - WiFi, Smart TV, and satelite spectrum cable. It has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Kitchen has new Quartz countertops, and new Stainless Steal Appliances. The House has central AC/Heat. It also has a washer and dryer. Relax in the Sierra River House with the comfort of knowing that everything you need it there.
Please also note that we do have exterior cameras to protect our property as no one lives on site.
Game room::
Garage is turned to a Game Room with ping pong table and pool table. This house is absolutely amazing and will offer your family and friends unforgettable memories.
The River::
The Kaweah River is beautiful all year round. Like all natural rivers the Kaweah Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer it is high enough for white water rafting. As summer wanes the river slows and lower but never dries up. We are fortunate to have a river that is year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river.
Children must be chaperone at all time especially near the river. Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring.
The Outside::
The house sits about 2 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, and just a couple minutes to the downtown area of Three Rivers. The home sits on 1.63 private acres of beauty and tranquility.
Stargazing is a must during late evening and night time. This is truly a nature lovers paradise.
Three Rivers town has it all. There are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of California’s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just a few miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing.

Overall the house was in a beautiful condition and well maintained. While some things are a bit dated, it's clear that the owners care about creating an enjoyable and stress free vacation experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This is an exquisite home away from home. Everything about it was beyond perfection.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes,etc. The BBQ worked and was easy to use and clean.The furniture good quality and comfortable beds. Windows easy to open and stairs to living room have railing for safety.!Walk in shower with grab bars made it easy for me( 88 years old) Bath tub good.Only wish shower heads were up to the high standards of the house.I'll come back as often as I can even with the ant infestation.

We had a lovely stay! The home was clean, comfortable, well maintained and smart layout for our group of seven. We spent most of our time on the back deck or along the river bank but enjoyed group meals in the kitchen/dining area and out 10-year old daughter had a blast in the garage that has been converted to a rec room. The host was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. Overall the experience was better than we could have expected.
