-We do not allow any events including parties/weddings. We only allow the maximum amount of guests and no more. We will be notified if someone is trying to throw an event/party, or if there are more than the allowed number of guests. If this happens, the cops will be called and all guests will be removed immediately.
-All guests who are booking must sign a General Liability Release Waiver

As self-described health/nature nuts, they are more than happy to point you in the direction of a stellar pressed Juice, yoga/meditation studio, or spot to watch a damn good sunset.


-This listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We have elderly neighbors that aren't too fond of loud guests or parties. Our neighbors told us they will call the cops if they have any issues. We want to make sure all guests are aware that this is not a party spot. We will have to take your entire security deposit if our neighbors contact us about any issues. We want all guests to have as much fun as possible as long as they follow the rules and respect our neighbors.

-The house runs off river water. It's pumped in and filtered. Whilst suitable for showering, washing dishes, etc.. it is not to be used for drinking.

The entire main house and patio area. The Backyard and river access is shared with the guest house guests.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Plenty of scenery and wildlife to see. We are very close friends with our elderly neighbors and they aren't too fond of loud noises or partying. They told us that they won't hesitate to call the authorities if there are any issues. We want to make sure all guests have a great time as long as they abide by the rules. We respect all of our neighbors and we hope our guests will do the same.

I recommend bringing your own vehicle. Three Rivers is located in a secluded area away from the city.

Please do not jump off any of the balconies or rocks. The river is very rocky and shallow. You risk drowning or being seriously injured if you jump off any rocks or balconies. There are no safe places to jump into the river.

Please be aware of the river current. The river current can become very strong and can sweep you off your feet if you are not paying attention.

All children must be accompanied by an adult in the backyard and around the riverbed area/beach. Children can be easily swept up and taken down the river by the current.

Please watch out for snakes and other animal life. This property is very large and there is wildlife that likes to come down to the river for a drink. Please keep an eye on children!
