I travelled around Italy for a month and this was easily my favourite stay. The property is charming, in a beautiful location - originally I ended up in Serravalle, because I happened to spot it while hiking on the surrounding hills, and was intrigued by this beautiful place. Super happy with my discovery, I was astonished to find space in such a gem of a property. The room itself is in an attic, with air conditioning, a little balcony one floor down. It's cute, cosy, impeccably clean and you can tell it's kept with love. During my stay there I caught myself thinking that this is what hospitality is or should be about. Such a lovely accommodation (of course) came with an even more wonderful host. Extremely polite, welcoming and helpful - I got stranded a couple of times because of train strikes and Giro d'Italia, and the host came to the rescue both times. Bonus: there is a laundry machine a couple of floors down!
I wish I could have stayed longer!
