Per friendly. Wasn't bothered by anyone coming to my room.
Night time desk clerk was very rude and Unprofessional. Wouldn't put my name on the room but, took all my information, even my social security number. My friend had a hard time finding me because the clerk said nobody by my name was there. Luckily I gave them the room number because the name used for the room was a man neither of us know. Just confused why he took my information if he didn't use it for the room.?? I love 5 hours out of town so that was a massive issue for me. If I hadn't given the room number nobody would've been able to locate me. Is it common to put random people's name on customers rooms?? Might want to look into that. It triggered my PTSD to find that out. I'm really generally not much of a complainer had the clerk not been so rude and triggered my PTSD by doing questionable things like that I wouldn't bring it to your attention. Everything else was great. Just the clerk. Please get with that manager and address this matter so it doesn't happen again. Please and thank you please feel free to contact me to discuss 8066393199
