Home has a stunning lake view.For groceries it is close to a super Walmart on 192 . There are also restaurants and fast food outlets close by. A short car ride will take you to Old Town Kissimmee and Disney Springs. For shopping you can visit The Loop or Premium Outlets. There are also airboat rides for those who wish to see natural Florida and its wildlife.

Despite its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home boasts plenty of floor space and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with the addition of a sofa sleeper in the second sitting area. Step outside to your own private paradise, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine and unwind in the pool/spa area overlooking a serene lake. Limited public transport so need to rely on Lyft or Uber. There is Sunrail station close by which can take you, Monday - Friday ,as far as Sanford.
It is great for visiting Winter Park. You can also explore Sanford using a free trolley bus. Please note service is normally once per hour, it does not run late and not operational at the weekends or public holidays.
Guests can access all areas of the home including the garage.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home but you can smoke on the pool lanai as long as all debris is disposed of with care.
Cars should not be parked on grass or in a way that the sidewalk is blocked
Trash goes in outside cans. Recycling goes in loose - no glass please.
Please note this is a self catering stay. We only supply a few starter items till you make your first visit to the grocery store.

Property was great! The book for rules of the home needs to be updated. We had everything even was surprised to see a can opener which we actually needed. The A/C is set for 75 which is fine but it is freezing in this house and we couldn’t turn it up so bring a sweater. It was a great space for what we needed.

Perfect staycation spot for our family! The home was spotless, the pool was a relaxing bonus after our busy days, and the location couldn’t be better, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions and dining.The host truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the fresh linens and towels to the thoughtful extras like fun pool floaties our daughters loved, every detail was appreciated. The host was also incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable getaway.

Great house very well kept and very clean for our visit. Plenty of space to enjoy. Our family loved the setup, it’s very close to pretty much everything (Parks, outlets restaurants, groceries…). Very comfortable space and pool/spa was amazing with the heating option!

Overall the process was very smooth, the managers were easy to get in touch with and were able to set us up with a very helpful late checkout. The instructions were very clear. The house was really nicely furnished and spacious, and the pool was a great addition.
Some things for the property managers to take a look at:
- We only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and had to buy extra rolls ourselves
- Liquid / foaming hand soap in the bathrooms would be really great, they only had bar soap
- The fan in the twin bedroom looked very shaky and unstable and we were worried about running it overnight
Hopefully those things can be addressed in the future!
