First floor unit ,Palm River area it's a hidden jewel in North Naples,very close to a bunch of great restaurants,this modest apartment offers you an absolut outstanding value for your money,Just 10 minutes driving from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park(my favorite beach).The Mercato Plaza It's just 10 minutes away,please let me know if you have any question I'm always available.
The very Important Cleaning Fee is a flat and reasonable amount,the money goes entirely to the cleaning lady.

I worked for two of my three weeks in this condo and then vacationed for my final week. It was a small but cozy space, clean and well-maintained, with easy access to many sites in Naples (including beaches, stores, downtown, etc.). I really enjoyed my stay!

I rented the apartment for a little getaway with my 3 adult daughters. I know the area well so knew it’s proximity to the beach, Mercato where there is such great dining and shopping , and even downtown was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable (important to me!) and the apartment really had everything we needed. It was also spotless! Les intercepted me on my way to the recycling bin and asked if everything was meeting my expectations. I said we were very happy, then he showed me the other apt above ours which he also owns that is even more beautiful! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
