Quiet and relaxing neighborhood.
Excellent blacktop area to walk on with shade & sun.
Very friendly people with welcome smiles & offers of help when needed by renters.
Beautiful grounds which are well maintained
View from second floor lanai looks out to swimming pool & has sun all morning in this southerly direction.
Large, well maintained, pool is exceptional.
Only drawback is a health issue that makes it difficult to do steps daily.
The condo living area is excellent.
