L’accueil à l’arrivée, la communication avec l’hôte, la taille de l’appartement spacieux et l’emplacement hyper centre.
Les odeurs de cuisine en permanence (snack juste en dessous), le bruit (travaux et bruits de rue++), pas assez d’équipements (pas de sèche cheveux, pas de fer à repasser). Nous avons eu des fourmis qui sortaient du plan de travail dans la cuisine (alors que nous n’avons jamais cuisiné lors de notre séjour)

La falta de calefacción , la falta del sofá para hacerlo cama . Los sillones no podían moverse eran duros y no había sábanas para armar una cama para el menor !!La dirección del departamento no estaba nos costó ubicarlo
