Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht wirklich ausgestattet und Abends leicht gruselig. Zusätzlich sind die Wände im Schlafzimmer eingerissen und mit Schimmel bedeckt. In der Küche sollten manche Utensilien erneuert oder nochmals intensiv gereinigt werden. Da sie im Stadtzentrum liegt kommt man am Abend auch nicht zur Ruhe.
