About this house rental
Summary:
Beautifully decorated Lake house on the water with stunning views. Home has been completely redone - everything is brand new (and extremely comfortable!), including furniture, mattresses, & bedding! Private Pier w/ Lake access. Kayaks and Stand up Paddle board included with rental! The lake is perfect for swimming & water sports! Locally you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The perfect Lake house vacation!
The Space:
2 story home has 1 bedroom & 1/2 bath on the main floor, large Master w/ en suite, 2 bedrooms, and full bath upstairs. Gorgeous eat in kitchen w/ table & seating for 6, additional seating for 4 at island! All sofa's and chairs in Family room & common area are reclining! Daybed w/ pullout trundle, large farm table also in additional common area. Outside you will find a Weber Grill, large deck w/ a sectional sofa & plenty of seating. Also, a table w/ seating for 8. Lounge under the pergola on the cozy daybed (& bar) and watch the sunset or head out onto the pier w/seating for 2 for your morning coffee on the lake. We also have a fantastic outdoor shower!
The Neighborhood:
Just up the street you will find our favorite restaurant, The Woodshed Tap. Also around the lake are Bass Lake Pub & Ristorante (try the pizza) and Scoops & Smiles. Culver is just a quick 15 minutes where you will find more of our favorite spots, The Lakehouse Grille, Cafe Max, and many more restaurants & shopping!

Bass Lake is the 3rd largest natural lake in Indiana, covering 1,300 acres. The lake is about 32 feet at it's deepest, the average depth is less than 9 feet. It is perfect for swimming, boating (rentals available at Culver Marina), and all sorts of waters sports!

House had a beautiful sunset dock with all the lake living perks including a fire pit, kayaks, shallow beach for kids, long pier for additional shallow swimming fun. Great house for families, friends and little ones! Definitely a memorable family vacation!

The house was stocked with life vests, kayaks and toys to use at the lake. Lots of seating and we loved revisiting this area after moving years ago. Communication with the owners wasn’t timely or friendly. The ring camera was used to monitor activity which we found intrusive. Besides that it was a good place to stay.
