Isla - The Island Experience

Who would not love a stay on an island, stripping back the material stuff that drives us to work like crazy? Transfer is all arranged by Isla via WhatsApp so no stressing about how to get there. The boat ride across is about 15 mins where you are greeted by the most beautiful, friendly and happy crew. The huts are basic with plenty of communal showers and toilets. Activities are free. The snorkelling around the shipwreck was amazing with stunning coral and lots of colourful fishes and star fishes on the ocean floor. No boat required. WiFi is available under the canopy where you can dine and grab a drink if you really need to. Do yourself a favour and disconnect for a night or two.

Everything was wonderful but bring shampoo and shower gel

The view is absolutely stunning! It’s tucked away from everything, making it the perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Make sure to explore the village and visit the shipwreck during your stay, too! The staff were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, which made our experience even more special. Also, they have a good reliable wifi if you're also working.

Loved everything about it, we only stayed one night in July and had the whole place to ourselves. I wish we'd stayed longer. The staff even upgraded us to a larger hut as we were the only guests! The snorkeling is worth it alone. The staff were so friendly and provided us a free cooking lesson and honestly couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best we've had out of Cebu/Boracay/El Nido. Plenty of choice and catered for me as a vegetarian. There's a few small dogs that are incredibly friendly too.

We had the most amazing experience at the Isla experience. We had so much delicious food & the staff were especially great. What an amazing island experience!
