Mango & Olives Cozy Garden Home 5 Min to Lio Beach

we booked Mango & Olives (M&O) for a week, and both melody and antonio were such kind and accommodating hosts. M&O has a very cozy, home-like filipino vibe, and my partner and i had no complaints about staying indoors even though it rained for most of the week. the wifi was fast, and the generator was a huge plus, especially since power interruptions can be common during the rainy season. a week or a few days before our stay, our hosts informed us about some construction noise due to ongoing development in the area, which they noted could be an inconvenience. we honestly didn’t hear much of it during our stay, although this may be caused by the rainy season (less construction work). melody and antonio were also very thoughtful and left us some snacks as a gesture for the possible inconvenience, which we really appreciated. ae would definitely recommend M&O to friends and others looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay in el nido, away from the busier town proper. even if were quite far from town, it was conveniently situated near the airport, lio beach, and the villa libertad market. we had such a nice stay at M&O and would consider rebooking again :)

the only thing to consider is the pathway going to and from the accommodation. during the rainy season, the road can get muddy and slippery, so this may be something to keep in mind if you have planned activities outside. that said, it wasn’t much of a concern for us. my partner and i were perfectly happy staying in and relaxing, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! La maison est très chaleureuse et propre, le jardin est aussi particulièrement agréable en soirée. Il y a tout le nécessaire, et Lio Beach est à seulement 5 minutes. Nos hôtes étaient charmants, accueillants et très réactifs. Ils ont même organisé notre transfert en van depuis l’aéroport et réservé nos scooters pour notre séjour à El Nido. Une excellente expérience, je recommande sans hésiter !
