Villa Montana Borsec - Vedere Munte

Everything about this place was amazing! The location, the view, the service, the room…. We came with two dogs and had no problem with that. We were charged little extra for that. The breakfast was very tasty and left us absolutely full. The location, the air… it’s like magic!! I would love to return to this wonderful place!!

Very modern, very clean rooms. The rooms are spacious and have everything one needs. Free WiFi, fridge, bottle of water and drinking glasses, etc etc. I looked at other hotels in the area and these were the best rooms.

- the choice of drinks in the entrance - the personnel is generally kind (but see below.) - the view is nice, Borsec is a beautiful place - the room was clean at arrival

- at the arrival they told us that for our booking of 3 days we should have change the room after the first night. it was really not nice to think I could not empty the luggage and that the day after my day of holiday shoyld be conditioned by moving to another room... then they fixed it after several hours, but my headache was high, and they presented as they were doing a favor to us, since they had to call many people and made a big reorganization... amazing - in most hotel, you can go for breakfsast from 8 to 10. Here you should say the time, like 9.30, and then you go there, sit for even 10 minutes or more without having available anything, I mean not even water in the table.. - the breakfast is too expensive for what they offer. it costs 35 lei, few hundreds meters from the hotel we had lunch with first,second dish, dessert, coffee and drink for the same price. In addition, they do not say what it comprises. They do not say that it only comprise a single coffe, you discover that at the check out when you are asked to pay for the coffee you had at the breakfast for which you already paid 35 lei.... bit strange - the rooms size was not what we thought we did book. the patio included in the description of the room is not connected to the room but it is a common space at baseme - the quality price is not good, we had better rooms and breakfast elsewhere with Borsec - some of the private parking are actually on a public street - during the stay our rooms were never cleaned or the trash emptied - I did put an ashtray in a tray with an empty bottle that they brought to us (we do not smoke so we moved away from the table). On my way home after leaving the hotel they did call me to ask what I did with the ash tray that was not in the table. I told I did put in the tray with the empty bottles and glasses. And they told me that if I did so the cleaning lady probably threw it away, making me feel guilty or maybe somehow implying I did take with me an ashtray... really??
