Trillium 2A - Premier

Property was as described and pictured. Modern, very clean and bright. Location was fabulous! Waking up every morning with a beach/gulf view was spectacular. No long walk to the beach with all our gear, it was perfect. We were not far from John’s Pass and convenient locations for great restaurants and take-out.

The master bedroom would get very warm at night and would require leaving the bedroom door open to circulate air back to the return in the Livingroom area to cool down. Two fans additional fans were in the condo which helped. The bedroom and bathroom doors did not have locking door knobs which left an element of privacy lacking. They were basic closet door knobs with no option to lock. Not deal breakers but would have turned the stay from wonderful to exceptional if not for the minor inconveniences.

Great location

No locks on the bathroom and bedroom doors but tons of locks on everything else( to get to beach, pool and pool bathrooms. Lacking essential for the beach( broken umbrellas and chairs) limited toilet paper

Location was great, not a large bldg which was also nice and so not crowded, unit was nice and big and we loved the balcony and view.

Unit was stocked but needs a sm saucepan and frying pan and shears. Lots of gigantic pans which is unnecessary for 2 people. Water from bathrooms and laundry bubble up in opposite drains, shells made unit smell like rotting fish so we put them outside. The lack of beach towels was a big problem as the bath towels aren't allowed outside. A mirror in the entry would be great. These are small things but do add up.

We loved everything about the property. We were close to everything we needed.
