About this house rental
The house has a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno, is located 700 meters above sea level, is surrounded by greenery, in an oasis of peace and tranquility, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, a stone's throw from the beautiful city of Cortona. It is located 6 km from the historic center of Tuoro Sul Trasimeno. It is close to the most important cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Arezzo and Florence.
The house consists of two floors and a basement, the first floor is not accessible to guests, is reserved for the owners. On the ground floor there is the kitchen equipped with oven, toaster, moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, fridge frezeer, table with chairs, wood burning fireplace, sofa bed, armchair and TV. There are 4 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, another bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, on request it is possible to join them, two other bedrooms with a single bed each, a bathroom on the corridor. Sofa bed in the living room is from a square and a half.
In the basement there is a games room with table football (table football), TV, radio, video recorder and board games and books, a bar area.
Outside garden with parking and three tables with chairs and deck chairs for sunbathing.
Pets are allowed free of charge, free WIFI, fans in each room, heating for a fee during the winter months, and a welcome drink upon arrival. In the rooms there are sheets, pillow blankets and linen for the bathroom. You'll find hand soap, dish detergent. There is no air conditioning.
I organize wine and cheese tours in the main Umbrian and Tuscan wineries, cooking classes, transfers to and from the main airports and railway stations. We are 10 minutes by car from the Terontola-Cortona train station that connects us to the main Italian cities: Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan ... Perugia airport is 40 km, Assisi 55 km, Arezzo 50 km. Florence 110 km, Rome 200 Km.

villa casale stupenda, proprietari cortesi gentili e disponibili. la posizione è fantastica, si vede tutto il lago con le isole, tutti i paesi intorno come anche Montepulciano. obbligatorio avere una macchina in quanto si trova fuori dal centro abitato, ideale per la tranquillità.
concludo dicendo che lo consiglio senza riserve.
